The biggest highlight for NPGA has been having the Donna Elkins clinic in 2023 and the Judging clinic with Carol Hepner and Kelly Culp in 2024. These ladies are very experienced NPGA USA pygmy goat judges and the best source of knowledge about Pygmy Goats. They were a wealth of information and trained course participants to really understand the Pygmy Goat breed standard. Following NPGA USA is so critical because they have depth and breadth of experience with the Pygmy goat. We now have NPGAA trained judges who understand the pygmy goat breed standard. In Australia we follow the USA Breed standard. However we have added a few extra colour varieties such as Chamoisee.
